1. Ambient & Packaged Grocery Returns
For dry and ambient groceries (such as Basmati rice, chakki atta, canned goods, spices, and packaged snacks), you may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided the packaging remains unopened, undamaged, and with all original seals intact.
2. Fresh Produce, Dairy & Frozen Foods
Due to hygiene and food safety standards, we cannot accept physical returns of perishable items (including Fresh Paneer, Shana Parathas, fresh vegetables, and fresh sweets). However, if your perishable order arrives damaged or degraded, notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery with a quick photo, and we will issue an immediate replacement or full refund.
