We deliver across England & Wales. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not deliver to Scotland, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands due to transit time restrictions for some of our grocery items.

Delivery Times & Hours
- Next working day delivery on orders placed before 12:00 PM (Monday - Thursday).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Thursday will be dispatched on Monday for Tuesday delivery.
- Our couriers deliver between 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM.
- You will receive a tracking link via email and text message once your order is dispatched.
Perishable Items Policy
Fresh vegetables, paneer, and other perishable items are packed with specialized coolants to keep them fresh in transit. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery on the scheduled day, as these items cannot be returned or refunded if delivery fails due to customer unavailability.
Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive damaged or incorrect non-perishable items, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
